ALL AIR INC will Maintain Operations as an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS SUPPLIER
Following the mandate by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Friday, March 20th, stating that all non-essential businesses are to close by Sunday, All Air Inc was immediately contacted by many of our long-time and concerned customers. One customer in particular, who manufactures a large percentage of laboratory and hospital diagnostic testing systems in the United States, wrote the following:
“The parts that ALL AIR INC is supplying are essential to our business operations, with our customers and their clinicians, who are providing diagnostic results and treatment to patients seeking care. On this basis, we consider your activities essential to U.S. healthcare continuity of operations and urge you to maintain operations to deliver your critical goods during this difficult time.”
For this reason, we will remain open for business. This includes shipping and receiving products as we normally would.
Like most of you, All Air Inc has taken extensive measures to ensure that the health of our employees is not in danger, and have implemented a policy that any non-essential employees stay home. Any employees who can work from home, like our customer service and tech support departments, will. Our outside sales reps will only see customers in emergency situations, by request, and only in a safe manor.
